Claudio studied at York University, University of Toronto and McGill University in Montreal.
In 1991, he graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School . His practice is devoted to workplace issues dealing with employment and labour law. He has a particular emphasis advocating for disabled workers, and executives at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), Human Rights Tribunal, along with negotiating and litigating termination packages for employees. He has appeared at all levels of court, excepting the Supreme Court of Canada.
Claudio also provides services to professionals and represents them before their respective professional advisory boards. In particular, he has represented numerous teachers in the public sector and served on the Union Grievance Committee of one of Ontario's largest school boards.
After spending a number of years representing one of the largest teachers' unions in Canada, Claudio has expanded his practice to include corporations and entrepreneurs from both Quebec and France being able to provide services in French, and holds federal government accreditation as being bilingual.
In 2023 Claudio decided to provide human resources legal services to small and mid-sized companies, many of which found lawyers too costly, and created a bilingual human resources law firm serving both Ontario and Quebec.
